It's a good idea to get both some great surround sound speakers and a set of headphones so you can enjoy the experience at night when everyone else is asleep.
Seating
When you play your games you need to be sitting comfortably and at a good height. Bean bags are great for games and are conducive to multiplayer if you have more than one, but if you want to go the whole hog it's possible to get actual seats specifically for playing games that will make you feel as though you're in the cockpit of some kind of vehicle or a mech control room.
